Total your score and find out your family's "pulse rate"!
If your score is:
10 to 12 - Congratulations! Your pulse rate is in your "target zone"- your family life seems to be operating at an optimal level of health. You may enjoy visiting our website on a regular basis to get the latest tips and articles to assist you in continuing to maintain a healthy family - put us in your favorites folder!
13 to 19 - Your pulse rate is rising but youíre hanging in there- good work! "The Successful Parent's Toolbox" seminar series is recommended as your next step to further boost the health of your family by giving you the chance to exercise new skills to solve problems in your family, lower your stress, and bring your pulse rate back into your "target zone".
20 to 30 - Your pulse rate is too high - sounds like you are feeling really stressed. There are likely good reasons for this. You may want to consider creating a team to support you and find solutions. Counseling with a psychologist or in-home family coaching are two potential avenues to help you find effective solutions - solutions that reduce stress within your family and increase health and contentment.
